We are Kelly and Chris Smith and have recently purchased Sea Villa F3 from Chris's parents, Ed and Grace Bonderson. Our 3 adult children, Abby, Emily and Joe, grew up going to Grandma and Grandpa's Sea Villa and we hope to continue our family's relationship with that Sea Villa for along time to come.
We know that several other families have traditions and memories involving time spent at F3, renting from Ed and Grace. That too, is something we hope to continue.
This website will be an attempt to share a bit of our history up there, things that are new in the North Shore area, and maybe develop a sense of camaraderie among those of us who share an appreciation for that special little spot on the shore. In time we hope to share suggestions and links that may enrich the time we all spend up there.
